June Roastery Update
Share
It's been a busy few months at Ochils Coffee Roastery - here's what we've been up to ☕
The blends have landed — and Darach is the one.
Since launching our new blended coffees back in March, the feedback has been incredible. Darach has been the clear customer favourite, and seeing how well it's been received makes all those months of tasting and tweaking very much worth it. If you haven't tried it yet, we highly recommend it.

We headed to the Glasgow Coffee Festival.
We dropped into the Sunday afternoon session at The Briggait in Glasgow. Brilliant energy, brilliant people, and a lot of inspiration to bring back to the roastery. If you're in the specialty coffee world or have a keen interest in coffee, put it in the diary for next year.

New grinder = more choice when you visit.
We've invested in a new grinder which means we can now offer three coffees on espresso at once — a single origin, a decaf, and a blend. Our regulars will already know about this one, but it's a change we're really proud of. More variety, same commitment to quality.
The decking is almost done 🙌
We've had building work going on outside the roastery for a while now, and our new outdoor decking area is nearly complete. We cannot wait. Progress photos are up on our Instagram if you want to follow along — it's going to be a lovely spot.
We decorated the roastery for the World Cup
Flags are up. Baristas are full of chat about the games and the Scots in Boston. One more group game for Scotland. The question is...can they make it out of the group??

We open our roastery doors every Saturday & Sunday 10am–3pm at Solsgirth Home Farm, Dollar. Come say hello!
And if you're a café owner or business looking for a fresh, reliable Scottish coffee supplier, we'd love to chat. Free samples, no minimum order, full support.
