We take great care in ensuring your order is freshly roasted, carefully packed, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and send it via our trusted delivery partners.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:  

- UK Orders: Typically arrive within [X] business days.  
- International Orders: Delivery times vary but usually take between [X] and [X] business days.  

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).  

Delays & Issues  
We strive to meet delivery estimates, but delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (such as postal strikes or customs processing). Lost or Damaged Orders
